We are a brand new training company that is excited about seeing you improve this off-season. We provide sessions for you to participate in either in person or 1 on 1 video conference.

We strive to make sure everything challenges you physically and mentally. The products we offer are guaranteed to take your game to the next level. You bring the effort, and we will guide you every step of the way.

Jarrett Locke is the President and co-founder of Locked In Training Academy. Jarrett graduated from The College of New Jersey with a bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science. He is currently an elementary school physical education teacher who is passionate about helping others find their potential. He has served as a basketball skills instructor for 6 years prior to the start of Locked In Training Academy. His passion for basketball has led him to helping as many people reach their potential on and off the court.

Matt DiLeo is the Vice President and Co-Founder of Locked in Training Academy. Matthew graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2018. He is currently an Assistant Varsity Soccer coach for Timothy Christian School and has worked as a youth basketball and soccer trainer throughout his college years. His passion for motivating and inspiring the youth to achieve their goals on and off the court has led him to create Locked in Training Academy.

Hi my name is Daniel and I have played basketball and scored 1,000 points at the high school and collegiate level. During my high school career, I was named 3rd Team All-Conference of the Greater Middlesex Conference (NJ.com). As a college athlete I played basketball and tennis. I was awarded two-time All-Region player for the NCCAA for basketball. I also finished top five in the NCAA DIII in 3-pt FG% during my freshman year finishing the season at 48.6% percentage. I hope to use my knowledge and experience to help train and motivate the next generation.

Hi my name is Kristian Svendsen and I am a Coach at Locked In Training Academy. I am a 1,000 point scorer at the high school level and I have traveled the country and competed on the national and state level on various AAU teams including the Garden State Knights, Atlantic Arsenal, NJ Cardinals and many others. I played collegiate basketball at Raritan Valley Community College and Asbury University, where I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Throughout my high school and college years, I have simultaneously worked as a youth basketball trainer since I was 14 and have a passion to guide kids of all ages. I am looking forward to bringing your game to the next level.

Hello, my name is Kailyn Abram and I am the Operations Manager for Locked In Training Academy. I am so excited to bring my passion and experience for youth athletic programs to Locked In. I believe that every student can learn new skills, develop their natural abilities as a leader and can achieve the goals that they set forth. I will be working behind the scenes to assure that we give you the best possible experience. I look forward to watching you excel and grow throughout our program.

Hi, my name is Gabriella Lombardi and I am the Videographer and Logo Designer for Locked in Training Academy. I am excited to bring my skills and creativity behind the camera to Locked In. My experience with professional photography has made me well equipped to create the best quality photos and videos for our athletes. Photography has been a huge passion of mine for years and I hope to capture every moment to give you the best virtual experience this summer.

  • What will a student gain by choosing our training academy?

    Locked In Training is committed to teach our athletes how to be leaders on and off the court. We teach our athletes  how to take initiative and to take their game seriously. Our instructors practice coaching with meeting each individual student's needs in mind. We believe it’s of the utmost importance to promote a safe environment for children to set goals, learn new techniques, and feel supported and encouraged through the entire process.
